SDK & API

Four open surfaces are planned: Core API, Schema Reference, Audit Log Format, Metrics. They land with the four public-grade standard formats from Proposition 4 (research = moat): audit-package schema, boundary-policy DSL, health evidence provenance format, robotics refusal protocol.

Currently 0/4 standards are published. Engineering Gate 1 has reached skeleton-complete on all 23 items, but Gate 2 is paused until any §11 paper gate passes plus Gate 1 has been hardened. The SDK ships in the same cycle as Gate 2 / Gate 3.
