DOORM AI PTE. LTD. is the legal entity. All contracts, copyright, legal affairs, and banking sit under this name. Genmount OS is the brand layer (the public-facing name; genmount.com went live on 2026-04-26). WorldModel-OS and Finetune-Llama-3.2 are the engineering layer (GitHub repos, PRDs, code, internal discussions).

Our industry tier is "Declared Paradigm Challenger": the narrative is complete, the X-axis is clear (anti-scale), and a third-party publication exists (Zenodo v0.2) — but the 11-gate governance framework has not yet cleared the load-bearing thresholds. The challenger identity is, today, a falsifiable proposal, not a validated paradigm.

First battlefield: TCM modernisation + rehabilitation robotics. We do not build surgical robots (SaMD Class III red line) and we do not build delivery / care / disinfection robots (off-paradigm). We do not claim cosmic consciousness, emergent awareness, spirituality, or divination (ADR-001).
