Privacy Policy

This policy describes how DOORM AI PTE. LTD. ("we") handles — and does not handle — your personal information when you use genmount.com.

What we collect: exactly one cookie, `NEXT_LOCALE`, used to remember your language choice (en / zh). We do not collect your name, email, phone number, IP-derived location, device fingerprint, behavioural path or any other personally identifiable information on this site. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no TikTok Pixel, no third-party advertising or analytics SDK is loaded.

How we use it: the `NEXT_LOCALE` cookie is used solely to restore your language preference on return visits. That is its only purpose. We do not profile you, target you, or assign commercial scores based on your visit behaviour.

Who we share it with: **no one**. We do not sell data, do not integrate with ad networks, and do not participate in cross-site tracking. The conventional network infrastructure behind the site (servers, CDN, mail) is governed by its own providers' policies, but those providers do not hold data tied to your identity on this site.

Retention and deletion: the `NEXT_LOCALE` cookie lives in your browser locally for up to one year, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. We hold no corresponding record on the server side to delete.

Your rights: where applicable, you have rights under GDPR / CCPA / Singapore PDPA — access, rectification, deletion, portability, and the right to object — which you can exercise by emailing service@doorm.ai. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children: this site is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any identifiable information.

Changes: material changes to this policy will be flagged at the top of this page and the "last updated" date will move.
