Genmount OS is the "bedrock of world intelligence" from the anti-scale camp. It rests on four pillars — Xirang (continuous physical space, not a token sequence), Chonglou (a three-tier physically isolated memory architecture), Zhiju (a bicameral safety engine that dares to say no), and Lianshan (multi-hop reasoning that mines unlabelled logic from cultural-root corpora). We do not burn $100M for a bigger model. We run the core demo on consumer GPUs, reproducible by a third party within 24 hours. First battlefield: TCM modernisation + rehabilitation robotics — two domains where Western labs lack the data, the cultural context, and the regulatory route in.
DOORM Genmount World Model is not a bigger model.
Under the "Return to the East" plan (DOORM.AI), it grows out of an Eastern "hybrid state-space" — an intelligence system that, in the real world, delivers physical honesty, boundary-first action, traceable evidence, the right to refuse, and the ability to be replayed: a world-model OS layer.
